Biography
I’m drawn to natural pieces of wood that seem to carry a story. Wood with movement, grain, and shapes that feel alive and expressive without being forced. I preserve the original form shaped by nature, refining it just enough to bring it into focus while allowing the wood’s character to remain the dominant voice.
Living and working among the rugged shorelines and ancient forests of the Pacific Northwest continually shapes my perspective and inspires the forms I bring out in the wood.
