Thank you for purchasing my art. I received two orders from you on 16th and on 17th, when I received the second order I changed the parcel to place both paintings in the same parcel. On 19th of March I've sent the parcel and I set up a shipping refund because the price of sending only one parcel is lower. When a customer send me a message I usually respond very quick. This was my first venture into buying art online and overall I am very satisfied. The painting itself is beautiful and sits in its chosen spot perfectly. The packaging was first class and any message I sent to the artist was answered very quickly. I was initially a little concerned the art had been lost in transit and as the tracking showed it had been dispatched from Europe and I was still without it a few weeks later. On reflection this was probably down to me being new to the whole buying experience.
