There was a shipping hiccup courtesy of the USPS, and Steeve was super communicative, helpful, and FAST. He was able to get a new one shipped out which arrived quicker than expected. I don’t know if it was intentional, but I also got a sneaky extra in my package. I love it, it’s beautiful, I just need to take the time to get better frames.

Artwork that arrived is not the same as the image; similar but slightly different. The artwork is also larger than the dimensions given, which means it cannot be hung in the space I'd allocated for it. There was very little communication, and the package was delivered more than three weeks after it had been purchased. The artwork was wrapped in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box, with no other protective material. Overall, not a great purchase.

The frame was not the depth as advertised, but Juan was very quick to communicate and resolve the situation when I escalated it. Top bloke and an excellent original piece of art.

There was an issue with the delivery supplier but the communication and the way the artist's PA handle it was awesome and we got our art in the end! So happy with it! Well worth the wait! Thanks! I will be back for Christmas presents for my family! Peace and Love Karolina
