Simona is in excellent artist to work with. She has been nothing but communicative throughout the whole shipping process. And unfortunately the shipping distributor seemed to have "lost" the piece I purchased. Simona was more than willing to work with me and make up / compensate for that. She really works hard and cares about her art and her clients.
