Stunning piece, we are over the moon with this - you can really follow the gorge straight through the painting and you don't want to come back. Surreal colours add an otherworldly quality but interestingly all can be identified from elements found in the reference material Simon also kindly provided. Highly recommended not only for quality of composition but great customer service with top notch communication, packaging and shipping. Many thanks.

Fantastic Tom, this was one of my own favourites too! So happy you are, I always try and ship as fast as possible and treat people the way I'd want to be treated after all its a lot of hard earned money! I never rest till I know a buyer is 100% happy. Thank you so much for that.

Fantastic service and a lovely painting. I particularly admire the method of painting the grass where it is whispy and light in the foreground and morphs into something more calm and defined as you get nearer the trees. Thank you. Look forward to seeing your future works.

I absolutely love the painting I bought! The only reason I have rated it 4/5 for listing accuracy, is that the way Simon has captured the light and atmosphere was far more complex and beautiful than I had anticipated. Simon makes the process of buying art online a very personal experience. The painting arrived with a written notes giving context about the artwork and it was great to be able to chat with the artist on Artfinder. Highly recommended!

Selling is one thing, but getting a chance to talk and share with purchasers is equally important to me personally. I always try and give the buyer some insight into how/why and reasons for creating paintings. When I look at paintings i always found it added to the experience of engaging with them if I knew more about them. I don't think a 4/5 for listing accuracy has ever been explained in a more rewarding way then you have done Stephanie! I am so happy that you are happy too .....

Simon took great care with both his communication to me throughout the purchase/delivery process and the efforts he undertook to ensure the work arrived in good shape. I am pleased with his work and the experience.

I am so glad to hear the packaging held up ok Gary, I simply do not take any risks these days with couriers especially when shipping such large works over such vast distances, bomb proofing work is the name of the game these days! So happy you like the painting i sincerely hope it gives you many years of pleasure in your new home ....

Thank you so much for taking the time Beth, whilst i obviously enjoy selling my work i also find discourse between myself and buyers equally enjoyable. I seldom get to know buyers as its always only a case of a few messages but what i can usually glean is an idea of the person, and their motives for buying my work. I bought this as a companion to a much larger piece and am not disappointed. The subject matter may be the same but the feel of this piece brings to mind summer storms. I love this piece!

Simon's art work is fantastic. I ordered a piece for a friend's birthday and when it arrived, it was exactly as it appeared with a certification of authenticity and a description of what inspired the work. Simon was in constant communication and given the small window, was able to ship it immediately and it arrived before my friend's birthday. I would highly recommend going with Simon.

Looks just like the photo. Was worried about the condition as it was shipping overseas, but it arrived in great shape with good packaging. Simon let us know right away when we should expect the painting to ship. He even included some background information on the painting itself. Fantastic.

Its always a concern shipping such a large painting over a vast distance Dan. To mitigate the risk I have slowly perfected my packing techniques over time (I have now successfully shipped at least 50 pieces of work that size now to USA). I also always make sure my work is fully insured in order to give both the buyer and myself peace of mind (though UPS are extremely reliable).
