The painter has exceptional quality of execution in his paintings. However, upon providing feedback on changes required, the painter did not provide an update of the changes made. This implied I was not able to verify I was happy with the changes made and I ended up having a finished painting with changes not fully matching my expectations. The away of doing business "take or leave" is something I have not experienced with other painters and that left me against the wall on a painting I loved, but which the changes made were not to my like. Additionally, the painting was not signed in the front despite me asking for this. Thank you, Carlos

A++++++ Quick, professional and beautiful. Painting is incredible. Serghei is a master and I absolutely love the painting. It has wonderful juxtaposition and character expressions. The two stars I took off was for delivery choice not packaging. It cost me $$$ extra for delivery on top of what I already paid. This was not Serghei's fault but I would recommend using someone other than TNT.

Thank you, dear Sonja, for your kind words! I am not sure you have paid extra for delivering for TNT, maybe you have paid for customs? Because I have had never troubles with TNT, more with DHL. However, thank you again for purchasing!
