Updates from Sandra Haney's studio

My studio is at home in Durham, though much of my work happens out sketching and gathering ideas. I often think best on the move. I am also a member of Northern Print where I can use the presses and facilities for etching. This photo shows my studio floor with recent self portrait from staring in the mirror ( hence glum expression!). In the background is the first clay head I made of myself, 30 yrs ago, tasked to not look in a mirror but to work from touch alone.
