Delighted with the artwork. Unfortunately the first piece arrived damaged and had to be returned from. Ronald was great and produced a replacement...... took a little bit of time but happy overall now.

Hi The painting is every bit as beautiful as I expected. I love the textural quality of the work and it fits in perfectly within my sitting space. Although there was an error in delivery this was handled by artist very promptly and I cannot say there was anything that left me dissatisfied - it just took a little longer to arrive. All in all a pleasant mishap. As for packaging - it was well packed and secure. Thanks you. It is a lovely piece of work. Fatima

Fast and efficient service although they did leave the painting outside. Luckily it didn’t rain. Painting is lovely and looks as I wanted it to look in the space so very happy.

I purchased two pieces of artwork from Ronald which arrived promptly, very well packaged and I was delighted with both. Communication with Ronald was excellent, he was direct, helpful and very easy to deal with. It's very difficult to fully appreciate artwork from a photograph online, so was a little uncertain about what would arrive. I wasn't disappointed, the colours and textures really add depth to the work. Changing light through the day give different aspects to the work which turn my head every time I pass. Delighted with my paintings, my interaction with Ronald and the experience to date with Artfinder.

Excellent service - picture is just what we wanted, colours were just as per the pictures on the internet. The reason for the 3 stars for delivery and packaging was because even though Ronald had put 'fragile' all over the package someone, presumably at the distribution centre or similar, trod on the package and tore the packaging all the way through - but thankfully no damage to the picture.
