It's a lovely painting - simple in style but atmospheric and with great texture. I bought it as it reminded me of a place on the mid-Wales coast where we often holiday. Roma always paints excellent, very moody skies and this painting takes me back to numerous summer holidays - rain in the air but with the hope of sun just around the corner, the family all dressed like Arctic explorers, ready for anything the Welsh weather could throw at us!

The painting from Ms. Mountjoy arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. The painting is just lovely and I look forward to hanging it in my living room. The gentle use of color is unique to the naive style of painting. I am painting and remodeling my house, therefore, it will sometime before I will be hanging the painting but when I do I will send a picture. I have purchased five paintings from Roma and each one is delightful. She truly is a gifted artist. I can visit the seaside and walk down a country lane to a dreamy little cottage without leaving my home. Or have ancient dancing girls in my living room!
