Painting was inaccurately listed and not well packaged. I returned the painting

Sadly, this is simply not the case although we thank the customer for recognising our communication skills. The buyer had a good and long conversation with the artist Helen Tyndale-Biscoe at the time of purchase where Helen took time to answer the buyer's questions. Helen also very kindly included five of her cards for free as a thank you for this purchase. Helen is an extremely experienced professional artist who personally packaged the painting very well using a reputable carrier. Therefore, for these reasons this review is inaccurate and unfair.
