Roberta followed up with me directly after I made this purchase. There had been the slightest alteration to the side of the frame but she wanted to ensure I was OK with this before progressing with my order - which I was. It was extremely well packaged with a sturdy box and plenty of bubble wrap with the painting itself covered in soft paper and it arrived as I had been informed. So happy with Carefree - it's beautiful.
