There was a slight difference in the print from the picture on the website. Rich called me about it and it was worked out without any problems. Great communication. Highly recommended.

Rich was very communicative emailing right away and calling the day the piece was delivered to make sure everything was fine. It was nice to have a conversation with the artist and find out more about him. I rated the listing accuracy as 4 stars is because it states that the piece is framed and it is really a mounted photo canvas, but it isn't in a frame. At the end of the day, the piece looks great in the space and that's all that really matters.

Easy to order. Actual artwork looks as great as presented on site. Rich Ray is responsive and cares about his artwork and customers. Great selection of great artwork; easy ordering from start to delivery; I will be back again for more artwork.

Rich was GREAT! He called personally to confirm the shipment had arrived in good condition. And his work is wonderful...I would not hesitate to buy additional pieces from his collection.

Rich got in touch with me very quickly after I placed my order and did a great job following up on my track & chase number, ensuring that I got my new piece of art as planned. He even checked in with me a couple of times after the parcel had arrived to make sure everything was fine and that I was happy with my purchase - which, for the record, I most certainly am :-)
