  • Drawing from a drawing - winter trees, coloured pencils

    In this video, I select part of a drawing using viewing corners, exploring various possibilities. Using coloured pencils - two greens, two browns and black - I make a study from a graphite pencil drawing with reference to the colours in the photographic reference.

    Dulux UK have been kind enough to send me some test pots. The colours are subtle, in contrast to the high chromatic intensity I've been using recently. I'm looking forward to devising some different compositions.
