Rashna was great to work with. She communicated everything in a timely manner and packed everything beautifully. The frame shop where I took the piece even commented on the professional packing. And most importantly the art is beautiful.

Rashna kept me updated with delivery progress, when I received the painting it was well packed and safe. Currently with the frame shop and I'm looking forward to hanging it

Rashna Hackett is obviously a gifted and very established, popular artist. The piece I purchased from her is one I had looked at a couple of years ago. I was disappointed in its condition when it arrived. It had obviously previously been stretched on a canvas and she or someone had taken it off the frame. It arrived rather "wrinkled" and the framer I use said she was going to have a hard time stretching it onto the frame because the edges of the painting had been cut too short, but she is trying to make it work. I am anxious to see how it turns out. Ms. Hackett's talent is obvious, She was not as communicative as the other artists have been. She willingly discounted the price and did contact us to let us know the shipment details, If the need arises, I would consider purchasing more of her work.

Dear Joni, I am really sorry to have received a poor review from you. My stretched canvases are gallery wrapped canvas, they arrive ready to hang and I have no control over how much extra canvas material is given to me. I clearly state that it is of 2cm depth canvas. Other Framers have never had any problem re-stretching these canvases. Over all I am really sorry that you were disappointed with everything. I did message you to let you know that I was ill and as soon as I felt better (which was a couple of days later) that I would have your painting on the way. That said, it sounds like you like the painting and are keeping it. Thank you for supporting my art. Kindest Rashna
