I received the package today and the painting is rolled up in a tube. Now I'm new to Artfinder and have been pleased with my previous purchases but this doesn't look like what I was expecting. What is the return policy?

Good afternoon! You have purchased an image that fully corresponds to the application on the site. You bought a picture written in pastel on paper. The painting was sold without a frame and glass. I have bougth "explosión of emotions" and all went very well, comunication, package, the paiting arrived just the same day they told me. Very good experience.
