Very happy with this purchase and the process. Was first Artfinder purchase for me. Enjoyed the ability to scroll through many offerings quickly, and sort by artist, style, media, colors, price, size, etc. I was kept apprised of the artwork's shipping schedule, received it in very good shape in about two weeks (from the Ukraine), and was properly billed. I like the idea that artists get to keep a larger portion of the selling price than with traditional galleries. Overall, I would recommend Artfinder to my friends and family.

This company sells reproduction art. NOT originals. And you will not be receiving the piece you see represented. You will receive a poor copy of it. I was so excited to receive the art I had chosen, waiting with anticipation for the beauty of the image I had seen when I decided to purchase. When it arrived, something seemed off. So I began to compare the image represented online with the image I had received. Color, brush strokes, the application of the paint, the signature of the artist, EVERYTHING in the painting revealed the signs of duplication. I was shocked and saddened to realize I would be sold a duplicate and led to believe it was an original.

Painting was dispatched quickly and arrived safely two days ahead of the expected date. Packaging was excellent and very secure to ensure painting arrived in perfect condition. Painting exactly as illustrated and described. Delighted with this artwork.

The description said the painting was oil on canvas, though it is actually on board and the paint, much of it applied with a knife, looks more like acrylic to me. However, the colours are spectacular and I am very pleased.
