Plamen Milenov Ovcharov is a professional Bulgarian artist whose journey in the world of art is a testament to passion, dedication, and creativity. Born on November 11, 1998, in the picturesque city of Ruse, Bulgaria, Plamen discovered his love for painting at a young age and has been pursuing it with unwavering determination ever since. Plamen's artistic education began at school, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He then continued his academic journey at National Art Academy, specializing in Painting, further refining his skills and expanding his artistic horizons. Plamen's thirst for knowledge and artistic growth led him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Painting at "St. Cyril and Methodius" University from 2017 to 2021. Never one to settle, Plamen is currently pursuing a master's degree in Painting at the prestigious National Academy of Arts in Sofia-city. Throughout his academic journey, Plamen sought opportunities to apply his knowledge and skills in real-world settings. He embarked on work internships that allowed him to immerse himself in the art world and gain valuable experience. From September 2022 to June 2023, Plamen served as an art lecturer at "Elias Canetti" PGIU, where he shared his passion for art with eager minds. Additionally, he has worked as a general worker at "OP ART RUSE", showcasing his versatility and adaptability. Plamen's talent and dedication have not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by his participation in numerous exhibitions and competitions. As a member of the Society of Ruse Artists, Plamen has showcased his work in various exhibitions, earning recognition and accolades along the way.
