Ordered painting whilst on holiday,( the internet has it's uses) & was pleased on my return to find a well packaged parcel waiting for me. The pictures were lovely, brightly coloured & will make a great addition to my collection of art works. Thank you Penny 🤗

Penny, Most of my paintings are "Impressionist". I do however have some than are what I call "realistic". So why did I decide to acquire "That Smile"? It is a painting and not the a equivalent o f a colour photograph. But has that extra quality that an artist can input into a painting which is rarely captured by a photographer. Your title tells it all. You have captured in that face (with that gloriously detailed head dress) THAT SMILE. It is at present in my Westminster flat and every time I see it - I smile!! Whenever a visitor to my flat sees it - they smile!! I have decided I am going to hang it in the entrance hall to my house in Laughane - South Wales facing the front door so that everyone that comes to my house will first see your painting - and SMILE.
