I purchased several works by Paul as gifts. We were overwhelmed with joy and awe. This was a fairly easy experience, the artwork arrived in a timely manner and I was notified of the import duty and we-site login to pay. Artwork arrived the next day. Artwork has now been framed and awaiting mounting space on my wall.

I have seen Paul Cheng's work before and he is a fine artist. The piece of art I purchased from him was a disappointment. It looked like something he threw together quickly to make a quick buck. Some brush strokes were sloppy and incongruous with the painting as a whole. I thought his offer to me of $30 to give him a 5 star review was unprofessional and damaging to the integrity of the system we customers trust to give us shopping advice. Lastly, his packaging of the art that he sent was not worthy of a piece of fine art.

Dear It's perfectly normal for some people to like an artist's work while others don't; that's the charm of art. The biggest difference between artworks and everyday items is that they aren't produced in factories but are created stroke by stroke by an artist with their personal emotions. So I understand how you feel. You didn't lose any money this time, so there's absolutely no need to be angry. Next time, be sure to think carefully before buying art. BTW, Less than 1/100 of my customers ask for my bonus. Their five-star reviews are out of genuine appreciation for my art. Don't worry about! Paul

I am so thrilled with this painting--it is even more beautiful than I had imagined. Paul shipped the painting promptly, provided me with tracking information, and when the painting arrived it was thoughtfully and carefully packaged. I would definitely purchase another painting from him.
