Everything was perfect. The picture ist just as awesome as expected. Paul was very quick in replying to any questions I had and checked up on the delivery. The delivery was dispatched real quick. The only minor problem I had (not Pauls fault, btw) was that the delivery guy didn't leave a notice about a failed delivery and where to pick it up. So maybe a little tipp for anyone getting something delivered to germany and wondering why it is taking so long, make sure to check the delivery-partners website. Paul also sends you a tracking number (very convenient) so that you can check up on it. But you definitely should check up on the whole network (for me it was a tiniee-tiny link somewhere on the website. But Pauls side of the transaction was exemplary! Photo as listed, quick dispatching, perfect communication. :)

To be honest I am not sure what else I could have done with respect to communication, delivery and listing. Everything was delivered as listed. Communication was immediate and with no response. I don't know if there is an issue with the art finder website but to my mind everything was as described. Please let me know what else I can do to correct this in the future if there was an issue? Outstanding addition to our Black and White room. My wife is a big fan of Giraffes and she absolutely loves this picture. We framed it with white matte and a black oak frame to match the texture of the mirror frame in the room. Perfect.

I am extremely happy with the quality of Paul's work. The listing was most accurate. I have since framed 'Hearts on the Beach' ready to give as a special gift to a family member for a special birthday. It looks great!! Paul's communication through the whole selling process was efficient, prompt and helpful. The packaging was excellent as the photograph was delivered unscathed after travelling halfway round the globe to reach its distant destination, Australia. Apart from the inefficiencies of Australia Post, over which Paul had no control, I am extremely happy with the Paul Nash 'Two Hearts on the Beach' and intend to purchase more of Paul's work in the future after browsing his website.
