Pascal is one of those gifted artists who, with a seemingly casual single stroke of the brush , can convey the complexity of a shadow on a building, or a water reflection. Isn't that the very definition of impressionism? His artworks are beautiful gems, and his colour sense is quite superb. But I would encourage Pascal to try painting larger works, ones that would totally dominate a room. Given his obvious talents, the effect would be devastating!
