Overall good experience, Packaging was great. Had small damage on one corner of frame. The artist offered a solution. I would buy from him again.

I absolutely loved the painting! Unfortunately it arrived broken! I did not realize when I ordered the painting that it was done on the actual glass itself, so it could not be salvaged... Truly disappointed because it was a great piece!

Hi Stephanie, I was very upset by this situation and of course I will do for you a new artwork for free and the shortest time. Just please send me a photo because I want to understand how to improve the packaging. I understand that glass is a fragile material that's why I try to make the packaging as safe as possible. Even when I first registered on the Artfinder I understood that difficulties might arise with this and i immediately decided that even if this happens and the artwork is broken during shipment , I will make a new artwork and send to the client for free.

Love it! The artist accidentally sent the wrong painting that I actually purchased so I decided to purchase it as well as the original one that I wanted. I do not regret it at all! It is gorgeous! I can't wait to receive the first one that I purchased! Thank you Nikita!
