    My insights after Hilma af Klint exibition

    Recently, I watched a film about the famous Swedish artist Hilma af Klint, one of the first abstract artists. And this weekend I was at the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm and admired her work live. Her artworks are filled with power, mystery, idea and symbolism. But she didn't show her pictures after a negative opinion ...and only 20 years after her death, the work was shown to the world. And my main conclusion after the film about Hilma: No need to rely on someone else's opinion, especially the opinion of one person🙏 Not everyone will understand and appreciate your work. And it is OK. Everyone has the right to their own taste and opinion, it's just not your people, not your audience. We shouldn't give up if hear some kind of criticism or negative opinion. Artists who live a nd paint now are incredibly lucky! We live in a time when it's much easier to show your artwork to the world and find those people who will be moved by your paintings. I appriciate the oppotunity to use Artfinder to show and sell my artworks!

    I love my paintings! In addition, it's such a thrill to draw what you like and at the same time fall into trends .. But it's not so much about fashion, but about the fact that my paintings reflect my values: beauty, aesthetics, style. The heroes of my works are the ideal ME, they show my inner needs and desires❤. I paint what I myself want to acquire, what I seek: to be stylish and modern, to have good taste, to be self-sufficient, to respect myself and my time, to express myself and manifest myself.
