I never feel worthy to peer upon this artist's work. She brings out the unpolished reality of the human form, we are not perfect, we are not flawless no matter how hard we try. One must give up on perfection in order to become content. As simple as that may sound, it is not easy for the majority. The most crucial step on the path towards enlightenment is absolute honesty which can only be obtained by being fearlessly naked. This is the second piece I have purchased from the artist and both of them are extraordinary. They arrived in an extremely timely manner, exceptionally packaged to maintain the structural integrity of their stretched canvases. To put such fine art behind glass would be absolute blasphemy; they deserve to be just as exposed as the figures so beautifully depicted within them. Katia, your masterpieces have made my mundane days brighter many times over. Thank you.

I will always have wild admiration for any artist that is able to accurately transpose the complex proportions of our unique human bodies; I personally found that to be the most challenging class during my stint as an art major. Katia not only captures the beauty of the female form in this piece, she accentuates the mysteries of it with bold contrast and mischievous undertones. I find myself doing double takes & wondering if this exquisite creature is wandering off to entice or dismantle, seduce or distract. Thankfully, Katia Zhukova kindly left the motives of her erotic subject up to the viewer to decide. Every aspect of this purchase was exceptional. Thank you!
