Nadia was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or her work. We did have a glitch - having ordered a vast, custom print it arrived looking a very different colour to what I had expected. Not sure if this is an issue with the website or my computer monitor. Returns arranged smoothly, and she agreed to re-tint the piece to the shade I was expecting just for me, sent me a proof so I could see what it was going to look like, then redid the whole thing. And didn't get irritated with me either. Really good.

I very much enjoyed our emails and I do like it when a customer asks questions, it is always better to ask rather than assume and it is a way for us to get to know each other. Excellent communication from Nadia. Fabulous photograph which is exactly as I expected and she put in an additional different photo as a bonus. Holy Cow will be given pride of place on my wall very soon.
