The hanging hook had not been fixed , the artwork of the horse was flat and on poor quality panel .

Hi Rosalind, Once again,thank you for buying my artwork. I'm sorry because you are not satisfied, but I think that everything is in accordance with these : Mixed Media painting on Panel / Board / MDF (its standard quality mdf board) Size: 33 x 51 x 0.4 cm (unframed) Pyrography is flat technique. It is not woodcut.
