The piece itself is beautiful and the delivery was as promised. Since it is a pastel drawing I am wondering whether or not a fixative was used, as simply in unwrapping it the pastel rubbed off. Just needed to be extremely careful in the framing process.

Thank you for review! Fixative was not used. It's not needed for oil pastel. I recommend that artwork be framed under the glass. That is the best protection against damage. Thank you again and enjoy in your artwork! Milica
