Jonsey was wonderful in getting right back to me when painting was held in shipping. And he followed through with shipper and I received it a couple of days later. The painting is awesomely beautiful and thought producing.

Me and my family are truly enjoying the artwork created by Jonesy. We have two paintings so far - they are both amazing and unique. The shipment was processed fast and with great care. We are so honored to have this piece in our home. It is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for to complete our space. UPS lost our package, but Jonesy kept us updated during the shipping investigation. When we finally received the box a month later, it was completely torn up but the art was packaged so well that the painting was in perfect condition. Thank you again for sharing your art with us.

I’m absolutely delighted with the art - it’s every bit as good as I hoped it would be. Jonesy went above and beyond to make sure the art got to me safely. I now have to restrain myself from buying more of his work!

Unfortunately, it wasn't packaged very well (one layer of bubble wrap and loosely placed in an old, soft cardboard box), so was slightly damaged upon delivery. Sadly, I imagine the value of the piece has been effected. As the painting has a fair amount of texture, the top right corner was chipped off and other areas had minor abrasions which show as white on an otherwise deeply coloured canvas. It's not enough to return, but I do suggest Jonesy puts a bit more effort into ensuring his artwork is safely protected on its journey in future. As a certificate of authenticity is provided, I'm assuming he wants to consider the value of the art be retained or increased over time. That's thrown out the window if consideration for its safe delivery isn't considered from the start. Disappointed in a sense, but will get enjoyment out of it still.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. All be it not overly positive. I wished you had communicated this issue to me prior to leaving this review as I have 3 items currently in lockerhead with UPS as it is clear that they demolished the boxes in transit - what arrived is not the condition I sent. I believe that it was caused as these were all sent when it was snowing and it appears as if they all were left in a puddle. In some cases they have opened and repackaged..... Which is far from ideal. I am glad to hear that yours was protected enough inside to still arrive safely and still be enjoyed. Others were not so lucky. I will no longer be using UPS as my shipment provider as this has been a long arduous task getting any response to my complaints. I will be letting them know your shipment was also less than satisfactory. Sorry you felt less than 5 stars was necessary and I will certainly ensure this never happens again.

Matthew was a pleasure to deal with and ensured delivery was timely and covid compliant. Would be good for art finder site to offer higher resolution pictures but overall a very simple transaction and very pleased with our purchase.
