Have received the painting very promptly and well packaged. I have already taken this wonderful painting of the Algarvian Coast to my framers and can't wait to get it back. This is a lovely reminder of our walk along the coast many years ago. Thank you Mary BarryF

Absolutely straight forward transaction, we did communicate with the artist by email and she was very accomodating, we also love our purchased picture ! For us the only uncomfortable experience was choosing the picture, this being a bit tedious due to rural broadband speed i.e very slow. The Artfinder website being a wealth of detailed images doesn't run to easily in these circumstances - not their fault , just something to think about for potential customers suffering from slow broadband speeds.

This was not a good experience for me. Packaging was a reused food box with an inherent weakness along the existing creases. The work was damaged on arrival. The seller was not sympathetic to the issue or aware of the need to provide a good commercial product. The print itself was not of the best quality but had the all round service been more professional I would have overlooked this. Overall I felt as if I had been a nuisance to the artist by purchasing this work.

I responded immediately to the message on new Years eve and was apologetic for the damaged item, which I had posted first class on 27th December. I am sorry for the poor packaging and will make improvements by adding better quality cardboard. Artfinder's offices were closed so there was not much I could do at the time.
