Mariann's work always makes me smile. The colors in this print are VIBRANT, better than expected! I have purchased several pieces from Mariann and I know I will be back for more. After purchasing one of her works, I am like a child anticipating Christmas morning, waiting impatiently for the postman to bring my treasure. Mariann is the BEST!

Lovely, lovely print for my daughter's room, rich and crisp colours on a beautiful, thick paper! It is the second print I ordered (I wish I could have them all, the designs are so fun!!). Both times the prints arrived quickly, nicely and safely wrapped in several layers of tissue and a sturdy cardboard tube, with a sweet little card inside. As a trained paper conservator, I particularly appreciate the included information on how best to mount and present the artwork, which complies with current museum practice. Great, many thanks!!

Marianne's work is simply beautiful!! This is a repeat order for me from Marianne. I love her work. Marianne uses great care in packaging her work for shipment. It always come thoughtfully and we'll packaged. Danish post is very fast!! My packages have always arrived days before anticipated. If there She is very responsive to her customers if there are any questions. I highly recommend her work!

I am just learning printmaking, and my focus is on relief prints, specifically the linocut. My passion for this artform is what drew me to Ms Johansen-Ellis. Her linocuts are sharp and detailed. I especially love the subject matter of this piece because of the strong symbolism she embedded. Printmaking is certainly a powerful medium for conveying messages, and Ms Johansen-Ellis has mastered both message and technique in this vibrant work of art. I enjoyed having a note from her in which she shared her concerns that the piece arrive safely and that I value it after receiving. It did take a bit longer to arrive in the United States from overseas, but her secure packaging kept it well guarded against our post office!

Dear David, how lovely to hear that you are exploring printmaking yourself! I, of course, think it is the best thing in the world, and the most fun! Thank you also, for your very kind words about my work, they are really appreciated. I am sorry about the long shipping time, it is as always a struggle between price and time. Denmark is one of the most expensive places in the world for shipping, and courier mail (quick) becomes so ludicrously expensive I might as well close up shop ;o) so I have to rely on good old snailmail, having said that, it is not the mails fault, but as always, US customs are the culprit for taking so long, i always envision this one guy, in a huge warehouse, with a hand held scanner, and when he sees a tube from me, he thinks, "ahh, her again...." , but still, I am sorry, if I could change it I would!! :o)) Mariann

I receive compliments from every single person that sees this print. I have it framed in a thin profile wooden gilt frame with an off-white mat and it is stunning! Came in today to look for more! Thank You Mariann!

Really beautiful linocuts that look fantastic once framed up. The prints were very well packaged and dispatched very quickly. Marian was very helpful in resolving a minor issue and it is clear that customer satisfaction is her top priority. I cannot recommend Marian and her artworks enough!
