Catchy titles with colorful pieces but they have multiple areas were the ink did not print well. Is this normal? Also, there were no raised portions as with "Forrest Child".

Hi Alan, thank you for your feedback! I always appreciate when clients ask me questions about my work! I print with waterbased inks and this makes for the break through in the layering on a reduction print, as an artist I love this and almost strive for it, especially in certain areas of the image. It does also sometimes happen on the surround which is not really intended, but I feel, as the artist, that this is part of what makes an original print original, the very fact that they are all individual. This of course does not mean that this should be viewed as a fault, and I would always offer either a refund, in the case where prints are sold out, or a replacement depending on the clients point of view. 'The King' is perfect and is currently at the framers - should be ready for collection next week. I watched the linocut process on the YouTube clip and it is very interesting, I would love to have a go myself. Thank you.

Thank you Mariann, for my lovely little black hen! She is absolutely gorgeous, and as others have commented, even lovelier than her picture. The composition, colour etc. I think, is perfect. Arrived well wrapped and promptly. I love all your work, and I suspect that I will be back for more. :)

Mariann was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the third print I bought from her and I was as thrilled with it as I was with the other two! Family members that have seen them love them. The print arrived safely packaged and within a couple of days! Overall a great experience! Margaret
