Another absolutely beautiful piece. Super communication and packaging. The linocut arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to frame it and put it on the wall. Also, thank you for the bonus print. It's just lovely, and a very kind thought.

Mariann is an amazing artist, her perfection of the difficult craft of Lino cutting is supreme and the quality of both the materials used and the workmanship is exceptional. Her inventive collages are well thought out and constructed and have a great sense of irony and humour attached. We truly love her work and thank Artfinder for introducing us to someone whom otherwise we would be unaware of.

Catchy titles with colorful pieces but they have multiple areas were the ink did not print well. Is this normal? Also, there were no raised portions as with "Forrest Child".

Hi Alan, thank you for your feedback! I always appreciate when clients ask me questions about my work! I print with waterbased inks and this makes for the break through in the layering on a reduction print, as an artist I love this and almost strive for it, especially in certain areas of the image. It does also sometimes happen on the surround which is not really intended, but I feel, as the artist, that this is part of what makes an original print original, the very fact that they are all individual. This of course does not mean that this should be viewed as a fault, and I would always offer either a refund, in the case where prints are sold out, or a replacement depending on the clients point of view. Happy clients is a top priority for me, always, so I will contact you to see what you wish for! All the best, Mariann
