Everything was fine. The painting was sent very promptly, the packaging was done very carefully and I am very pleased with the painting. However, I wanted it framed and I did have to have the canvas re-stretched for framing because the framing shop said the stretcher bars didn't have proper right angles. (They said stretched canvas sometimes gets out of kilter when shipped.) It would be great if this artist (and all your artists for that matter) offered to have their works framed themselves for buyers who wanted it. I would be willing to pay more to have it framed before shipping and I'm sure the artist would have a good eye for which type of frame looks best for his work.

I ordered two oil paintings and they arrived the next day, packaged very securely. The paintings look better in real life and I love the detail in them. I received a message when the paintings were on the way and was kept up to date during the whole process. Manuel is a very talented artist and I will definitely be ordering more pieces in the very near future. Fantastic paintings and fantastic service. Very happy!

I bought this painting one Sunday afternoon and in no time I received a really nice email from Manuel thanking me for my purchase and telling me he would send the painting the next day, recorded delivery. The painting arrived on Tuesday really well packed and secure. I love it!!! Thanks Manuel, may you sell many more paintings.

The painting looks even better in person than it did online when I decided to buy it. It arrived very quickly indeed and the artist kept me updated with what was happening at every stage. I could not have asked for better service.
