    I am looking for traces, footprints, objects to choose in order to make the cast. I carry all the necessary material with me and begin the exploration. I found on the sandbanks of the river mouth some deep cracks caused by the hot sun, they are very interesting textures, I made the cast.

    In this photo I am in my studio-school "Maninarte", which is now celebrating 10 years of activity, where I also hold art teaching courses for children and adults and I am proceeding to the chromatic definition of one of my cast by passing glazes of color increasingly clearer that turn towards ultramarine blue. This is a color dear to me because it symbolically represents the possibility of spiritualizing matter and its roughness. A fascinating color that was once found only in the mines of Afghanistan and was very precious. In a payment letter to Botticelli where all the materials were listed, this blue was the most expensive, it cost almost more than the work of the Master!
