Winner of Arts Forum Painting Exhibition 2014
My landscape painting won the best painting in the Art Forum Painting Exhibition at the Royal Marsden Hospital. It has now been added to the Hospital's Permanent Art Collection and can be seen at the Royal Marsden Hosiptal in Sutton.

Holland Park Art Exhibion
My Bsttersea Park Painting won the "Best in Show" Award.

Holland Park Poster Competition
The Poster I designed ( painted), won the poster competition and was used for the promotion of the Holland Park Art Exhibition at the Orangery in Holland Park.

Biography
Although I have painted all my life, I was not until 2000 that I decided to forego a career in banking and pursue my art full time. A new century, a new passion.
My inspiration comes from the textural qualities of landscape. By varying strokes and layering colours in an emotive fashion, I try to capture the unique transparency , depth and moods of the places I portray.
In addition to semi-abstract landscapes, I create etchings based on a variety of subjects.
My art is also shaped by the richness of my Persian culture background.
