I am very pleased to have bought this painting from Luis. He is an excellent person to deal with. The painting itself caught my attention as soon as I saw it and I kept returning to it to make sure my first impressions held. They did. There was a lot of background information and additional photos to give context and different perspectives. Luis went out of his way several times to sort out delivery problems with the courier - none of which were of his making - so the painting took longer than expected to arrive (hence the 4 star for delivery, though the packaging was as secure and robust as it could be). Luis kept me fully informed of the obstacles needlessly being raised by the courier not being conversant with UK address codes, and he even travelled to different towns to find a solution. When the picture arrived, it fully accorded with what I was expecting. I plan to have the painting framed, so if you contact me after a month or so, I'd be glad to provide a photo in situ.

Hello Steve, I appreciate very much your sincere feedback, I did everything possible within my responsibility for the fast and problem-less delivery, sometimes the failures are human, but this one was due to Spanish post system, the good thing is that it was finally resolved and that you have the artwork in your house, I’ll be happy to see a photo of how it looks on your wall, I really appreciate this detail. You never know where your painting will travel. This is why it is important to work integrally at every stage of the production and delivery of the pieces. I’m glad everything turned out the best.
