I am very disappointed. As of this writing (1/24), I have not received the painting. The estimated date to receive the painting is 1/13. The tracking number shows the painting has arrived at the U.S. customer at 1/9. Please let me know the status.

Dear Mr David Ching, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the delay of painting delivery. Forasmuch the painting was sent via registered post, yesterday we made an official appeal to the Lithuania Post which began search for the item. The last record of the shipment was made in Chicago. We will immediately inform you by a personal message about the search results. We ensure you that all your losses will be compensated in case the shipment will be lost.

Just received the painting on 18th January 2017, which was about 4 weeks later then expected, but I suppose this was due to the Christmas holidays. Diana Janson posted the painting priority paid and on time. Painting was well packaged, as always. Painting is excellent. Thanks Diana

Diana Janson produces lovely artwork. The photo's shown on art finder reflect the correct image of her paintings. So far I have bought a few of Diana's paintings.

I love her artwork. The paintings look as good as shown on the web side. The packaging is excellent and the delivery date shown on the E-mail when despatched is very accurate. I will be buying more of her artwork in the future.

The transaction was a pleasure from start to finish. This was the best packaged painting I've ever received--it was actually crated! I love the artwork and the gallery representing this artist. Would never hesitate to purchase from again. The painting also arrived MUCH faster than any other Eastern European country I have purchased from. Good communication although a mistake with delivery was made. Mistake may happen but with fast and accurate solution the situation will be smoothly solved. Very good packing in a wooden box.

The paintings are beautiful, exactly as shown on the website. Delivery took place on the date as stated on the shipping e-mail, however the tracking of the parcel was difficult. I like the paintings of Diana Janson so much that I ordered more of her works.
