The listing photo is a painting with grey as the prominant color and muted accent yellows. The painting is beautiful but I was very disapponted to get a painting withnthe predominant color.of green and with yellow accents. The customs process was confusing and unclear. The delivery was a week late and I was getting messages it was on hold in customs pending fee payment which if not received by the deadline meant the painting would not be delivered. The fees were finally paid bynsomeone othernthan me but.I spent time with phone calls, chats and messages to DHL on what was happening. I would not buy again artwork from outside the US.

Dear Paula, I am sorry to hear you've experienced difficulties with the shipping process. It could've been avoided if you had read and replay to my messages. Although the delivery was 3 days later than the estimated date, it was still within ten working days of you placing the order. I was monitoring the shipment, and once I noticed a delay, I contacted DHL USA; they located the shipment and delivered it three days later. Your order was placed on the 22nd of May and delivered on the 6th of June after an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 5th of June. As for image accuracy, I take great care to make the online images as close to the original as possible; I also add close-up photos; however, different people perceive colours differently, even before considering lighting, computer monitor calibration and the various browser settings used. The majority of my customers think my images are accurate. Kind regards, Lilia.

The art is even more beautiful in person. The texture on the canvas takes it to the next level. It was packaged securely and arrived timely and safely. Lilia helped group painting together so they looked good in the same room, but not too similar. Very pleased.

The piece is stunning. I love Lilia's work. Although framing is not needed because the sides are painted, we will have the piece framed. Communication was good with the artist, there was a little delay at US Customs, but DHL handled the open item.
