About Lidia Apanasenko

My art is a combination of my passion for the architecture and the exploration of color. Painting is my passion from childhood that become my profession now. I'm artist and teacher of art the last 10 years. During all this years of researching and work i travelles a lot in a different places and started painting with my sketchbook. For the past 7 years i'm practicing pleinair and urbansketching in Italy. This place give me a lot of inspiration. When i go out i love catch the moment of the day, the light and atmosphere of landscape, city, beach, sea or some details and express it into the sketches.

My prefer technique is a acombination of graphic and color, so i ussualy use watercolor, sketchmarkers and multiliner. 

I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine and currently lives and works in Palermo, Italy. 

I studied at the art school more than 5 years. Then i graduated at Kyiv National University of Architecture and Constructions other 5 years and take a degree at the faculty of Design Interior and Applied Arts.
