I am over the moon with the 3 artworks I've bought from Alena Romak: a small pastel drawing of cherries, an oil painting of yellow roses in a red vase and an acrylic painting of birch trees. Opening them was joyful like opening presents. They are cheerful, vibrant and bursting with colour. They were also exceptionally well wrapped. Opening the box revealed a bubble wrapped package and a thank you card. Inside the bubblewrap were the three artworks, each beautifully wrapped in gift wrapping paper and tied with raffia, and inside each of those was semi-transparent waxed paper protecting the painting. The pastel painting was also inside two protective pieces of plastic foam. Another lovely touch was that gift paper and waxed paper weren't taped but skilfully folded, so they, and the bubble wrap, raffia, foam and box can all be reused to protect the environment. Very skilful and exemplary wrapping. The oil and acrylic paintings are on wood and the pastel drawing is on hardboard. There was an individual certificate of authenticity with each artwork. Alena was responsive and easy and friendly to deal with and the paintings arrived promptly as specified, through recorded delivery. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The contrast and texture were more stunning in person. My daughter had the idea to create a gallery wall of people and 'feelings' which we both agree this piece fits in beautifully!
