Biography
My journey into art began in adolescence, sparked by a life-changing encounter with the late master artist David H. Dale. He became both a mentor and a guiding light, opening my eyes to the boundless possibilities of creative expression. With formal training in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, and Graphic Design, I discovered that art could do more than decorate—it could uplift, inspire, and create meaningful impact.
This realization reshaped my path, fueling my commitment to experiment with new techniques and explore styles that expand the boundaries of my artistic voice. Drawing from diverse influences, I create works that encourage both reflection and action, often woven with inspirational and philosophical undertones.
While my style is distinctly my own, it is often associated with abstract cubism and pop art, enriched by African cultural heritage. My pieces are marked by bold geometric forms, vibrant colours, and rhythmic patterns that echo both tradition and modernity.
Each work is a visual narrative, expressing emotions such as hope, joy, peace, and love. I seek to distill complex ideas into imagery that resonates with cultural memory and personal experience, while celebrating the beauty found in everyday life. At the heart of my practice is a belief that art can serve as a wellspring of joy, optimism, and inspiration—something viewers can always return to.
Today, my artworks live in private and corporate collections worldwide, a testament to art’s universal language and its enduring power to connect us across boundaries.
