Biography
My passion for art was ignited during my adolescence when I had the life-changing opportunity to meet the late master artist David H. Dale. He became a mentor to me, and that encounter expanded my understanding of the limitless possibilities within the art world. It also awakened in me a deeper awareness of my surroundings and a desire to reflect that awareness through creative expression.
Realizing that I could create art that uplifts and positively impacts others changed the course of my journey. It inspired me to fully commit to exploring innovative techniques and styles that push the boundaries of my artistic voice.
I draw inspiration from a wide range of sources, and through my work, I aim to provoke both action and introspection. My art often carries inspirational and philosophical undertones. While my style is uniquely mine, it's sometimes linked to abstract cubism and pop art infused with African cultural influence—characterized by bold geometric patterns and vibrant colours.
Each piece I create expresses emotions such as hope, joy, peace, and love. I strive to transform complex ideas into visual narratives that resonate with cultural memory and personal experience. I deeply believe that joy, happiness, and optimism can be discovered in the everyday, and my goal is to offer a source of inspiration that viewers can return to again and again.
Today, my artworks are part of private and corporate collections around the world—a testament to the universal language of art and its power to connect us all.
