    With a brush in hand and music in my ears, I find my greatest inspiration in nature. This image captures exactly what painting means to me: standing outside, surrounded by greenery, and losing myself completely in the play of colour. This work is an explosion of pure pigment — from deep cobalt blue through turquoise and gold to fiery orange. The paint is applied thickly with a palette knife, giving the canvas real texture and life. The shadows that fall across the surface make every painting unique to that single moment of creation. I paint from feeling, not from control. The colour dictates the direction. The result is abstract, energetic and full of movement — as if you can reach out and touch the light itself.
