I was very happy with the painting but disappointed with the delivery time and being surprised with a import tax bill. I thought that when it said no delivery charge in uk that the painting was coming from a British location. Only after the painting was delivered did I receive a import tax notice.

However, as I ship worldwide, customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are determined by each country’s regulations and are unfortunately beyond my control. The painting is absolutely gorgeous and fits perfectly in our stairwell. It was meticulously packaged and, despite the long journey, arrived in excellent condition. Thank you, Lana, for creating such a beautiful piece of artwork to fill a space that had been empty for far too long!

There's not much I can add that hasn't already been said in Lana's earlier reviews. Our painting looks fantastic, It's exactly what we expected, packaging was very professional, delivery was timely. Overall it was a satisfying purchase experience. Even little details like how Lana sealed the envelope with her authenticity certificate... all very professional and thoughtful!
