  • Art summer in Belgium 2022

    We are very happy that during this time while we are in Belgium, we managed to take part in about 10 art events, the purpose of which is to support Ukraine. These were sales exhibitions, live drawing sessions, workshops for children and adults. Our solo exhibition Expo "Bouffée d'air / Ademruimte": Irène Ku & Alexander Kudriavchenko became a powerful chord in this series of events. The incredible beauty of the opening, the series of paintings that we specially prepared despite everything, the sincere and interesting guests of the event - this is what recharges me with new strength and faith. During these events, the events on the Ukrainian front also changed. We are not related to them physically, but morally - oh, yes. Our joint efforts together with like-minded people in Brussels and Antwerp, together with volunteers in Kyiv have given results and will continue to do so. Many thanks to the family of Leo and Hedvige Michiels and to the family of Frank Geudens, who made all these pictures and events possible.     The living drawing session during the charity event for Ukraine in Antwerp. This painting "Breaf of air" was painted during the evening and sold for 2500 euro.
