The artwork was delivered over a week later than advised. It had been packaged in a flat thin cardboard envelope rather than a stiff board envelope and unfortunately when it arrived it was creased in several places where the packaging had bent.

I am sorry that we had such an experience. I have sent almost 200 artworks worldwide but this never happened to my artworks. You should know that is not my fault but fault of careless postman. I always send small artworks in that cardboard envelope and it is obvious that that kind of cardboard envelope should not be bent. And about seller comunication...You could send me a message first, I sent message to you but I did not received answer from you. We could find a solution. At least you have received your money back, and I have lost my money for shipping cost and I received bad rewiev And I must tell you that those marks where the paper was bent are almost invisible now and when artworks will be framed it will be all fine. One bird painting was in perfect condition and was not demaged at all.
