item originally wanted was not available. artist selected comparable replacement and added an additional item at no cost for the inconvenience. after a back log of shipments, item finally delivered after a month. art was as offered and was perfect! artist communicated precisely and on a timely basis.

I love my painting! Koola did a really good job with my painting and the packaging was also excellent. Delivery was fast and communication great! Nothing bad to say. Will likely buy more in the future!

We love Koola's work! Had a great experience working with Koola on a commissioned piece, and also purchased a couple others that we couldn't live without. In total, we now have 5 of her amazing pieces! The communication is great, and the delivery was shockingly fast! All pieces are now properly framed and will be hung soon! Thank you again Koola!
