It’s all a little bit insane! The painting was shipped in time, but the customer was not at home and DHL kept it in their storage in the customers home town for 5 weeks. DHL is still waiting for a call to schedule a new delivery. All my messages through Artfinder the customer never read – „Not seen yet“. The customer got all the tracking informations and she could track the shipment history at any time, but she doesn’t care about it. The first reaction I’ve received from her after 5 weeks is this bad review but without any communication before. I asked her to change this review, but there is still no communication and no cooperation. In the end Artfinder tried to contact the customer, and now we’ll see what happens.
