Lovely piece of art, but Kirsten didn’t send the piece correctly regarding export/import taxes to the UK. Pls check these details before purchasing. Fortunately Artfinder were fantastic in resolving the issue.

Thank you very much, Hannah! I shipped the painting correctly with all the required export documents for the UK. Regarding the invoice you received from DHL about the local import taxes and customs duties you can read in the Artfinder-Knowledge base that it’s the responsibility of the customer placing the order to pay any local import taxes and customs duties. The refund of this amount was an exception and was split between Artfinder and me.

The work you submitted is very beautiful. There was a slight problem with the tension of the canvas, but the author gave me careful advice, and I am currently adjusting it according to her instructions. The author has indicated that this problem may be caused by air pressure, humidity, etc. during transportation. Anyway, I'm having a great time with this work.

I was thrilled to receive this incredibly beautiful painting. Kirsten sent it immediately and it was packaged superbly to ensure no damage during transit. The painting is even more spectacular in real life - truly vibrant colours and splashes of gold leaf. I couldn't be happier!
