It is a great print I can't buy more because the shipping is very expensive

I am pleased that you like the print. Unfortunately I can't ship a print to Germany for less that £5, it's £4.50 for the postage and 50p for the tube. If you know of an alternative courier you'd like me to use for less please let me know and I'd be happy to use them. Would you consider reviewing your feedback? Kev

Thanks to Kev for arranging delivery when I was in to receive the painting and even though things didn't quite go to plan (not his fault I may add) it was forgotten as soon as I opened the packet. If art was just meant to make you smile this hits the mark. I love it and as soon as the workmen have finished in our house I have the perfect spot to show it off to visitors. Unique.

I am pleased to say that since this feedback was left myself and the buyer were able to come to an agreement. I immediately contacted the customer to offer my apologies and a full refund or replacement artwork. He was happy to keep the artwork, so I issued a 50% refund as an apology for the creases in the metal. These metal sculptures are a new product type for me and I had wrongly assumed that packaging with bubble wrap and cardboard would be sufficient, rather than with wooden boards as I do with my canvases. I was wrong about this and will be adding an extra layer of wood outside the cardboard for these in future.
