This is the second painting I have bought of Kellie Schofield's. Her communication is excellent and the picture arrived extremely quickly and was very well packaged. I love her work and I dare say I will be ordering more of her paintings in the future.

A lovely picture and great, prompt messages and delivery. The pictures and description uploaded to the listing did not exactly capture the slight pearlised quality in some areas, so that was unexpected, but I now like it. Thank you Kellie

Painting arrived broken, have been chasing artfinder for a response for some days now- nothing back as yet

Hi Charles I am so sorry to hear this, and sorry also that you have received no answer to your message to Artfinder. This review is the first I've heard about it the problem. The painting was very carefully packaged with bubble wrap and a stiff board to protect it before being boxed and despatched via a reputable carrier. This has never happened before and I cannot apologise enough, both for the damaged painting and the lack of response from Artfinder. I will of course arrange a refund a.s.a.p.
